About the EXT-20

A stock aerial lead is sized for a car. It is not sized for a long-wheelbase van, a workshop where the aerial has to reach a roof line, or a shop where the receiver is behind the counter and the only clear sky is out the front.

This is a straight extension: male one end, female the other, shielded, with a UV-stable jacket so it survives an outdoor run. It adds a small, measurable loss — about 1.5 dB over the twenty feet — which is not enough to matter with a properly sited aerial and will not rescue a badly sited one.

Do not chain two of these together. If you need more than twenty feet, call us; past that point the correct answer is a different aerial position, not more cable.
