Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy hardware from Satellite Radio SM or book fitting work with us. Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you submit the form — which is deliberate, because we check fitment in between. If the check shows a part will not suit your vehicle, we contact you and you decide whether to change the order or cancel it. No charge is taken for an order we have not confirmed.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at confirmation from the delivery state. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, you may cancel.

Fitment advice

Our fitment check is given in good faith on the vehicle details you provide. If the details are wrong or incomplete, the advice may be too — but if we told you a part fits and it does not, we cover the return postage and refund in full.

Fitting work

Fitting is quoted from the vehicle details and confirmed on arrival. If the vehicle turns out to need materially more work than quoted, we stop and tell you before continuing; you are not billed for work you did not agree to. Workmanship is warranted for twelve months.

What is not included

A broadcast subscription. We sell and fit hardware only. We do not sell, activate, renew, change or cancel any plan, and we do not take payments or issue refunds on any provider’s behalf. A plan is bought from the service provider directly.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for damage caused by a part being fitted contrary to our written instructions.

All product, brand and vehicle names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not SiriusXM and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Sirius XM Radio Inc. or by any vehicle manufacturer.
