Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Satellite Radio SM does with information about you. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so if anything here is unclear, email orders@radiocarssm.online and we will explain it and then fix the wording.

What we collect

When you order — name, delivery address, email, phone, and the vehicle details you give us so we can check fitment.
When you contact us — whatever you put in the form or say on the phone.
When you browse — your basket is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us until you submit an order.

Why we collect it

To check that a part fits your vehicle, to ship it, to handle a return or a warranty claim, and to answer you when you ask us something. We do not build a marketing profile and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years, because tax rules require it. Contact-form enquiries for twelve months, and then they are deleted. Call notes for twelve months.

Who else sees it

The carrier gets your name, address and phone so it can deliver. Our payment processor handles card details directly — we never see or store a full card number. Nobody else, unless we are legally required to.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket is held in your browser’s local storage so it survives a page reload; it is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email orders@radiocarssm.online and we will do it within thirty days. If you want us to delete an order record inside the six-year window we may have to keep the minimum the tax rules require, and we will tell you exactly what that is.
